Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Patient Financial Services Representative CBO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payments, adjustments, claims, refunds, and denials accurately and timely
• Research payments, denials, and accounts to resolve discrepancies and make necessary corrections
• Respond to incoming calls and make outbound calls to resolve billing and payment issues

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• Knowledge of patient financial services, financial, collecting services, or insurance industry processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge in the use of common office software
• Previous cash collections experience is preferred
