Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement best practices for high net worth claims handling and service response

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and relevant insurance qualifications
• 5 or more years of claims management experience
• 5 - 8 years of claims handling experience in high net worth personal lines
• Experience in developing claims measures and scorecards
• Proven track record of successful relationships with agents and underwriters
