Claims Process Training Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and process-driven, the full-time Claims Process Training Specialist will design, document, test, and train claims workflows remotely while ensuring clarity and usability for claims team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and maintain end-to-end claims business processes and workflows for the claims team
• Test claims workflows in Javelina and HRP to confirm processes function as designed
• Create training and reference materials for the Claims organization and deliver specialty claims training as needed

Required qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in healthcare claims within a payer and/or TPA environment
• 3 years of demonstrated experience writing detailed process documentation and developing training materials
• Experience testing workflows or processes within claims systems for accuracy and usability
• 3 years of experience conducting instructor-led and/or virtual training sessions for claims or healthcare operations teams
• Familiarity with claims platforms such as Javelina and HRP, including claims processing support
