Claims Processing Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Processing Representative to support the claims staff by performing assigned tasks and duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Update the Litigation Module in Claims Cube (C3) with litigation information
• Request missing litigation information from attorneys to complete the module
• Review and update C3 data as directed and perform other assigned tasks as required

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
