Claims Processing Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Center Representative to process medical claims and communicate with providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process medical claims and manage daily claims activities
• Educate customers on claim documentation, time frames, and payment information
• Direct calls to appropriate contacts and resolve issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
• 1 year of customer service and claims experience or equivalent education/experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and claims management
• PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Inbound call center experience preferred
