Claims Processing Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing daily operations remotely, the full-time Claims Processing Supervisor will oversee associates' assignments, ensure timely resolution of claims, and maintain operational efficiency while working the night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the 3rd Party Claims Manager to set and track performance goals for associates
• Monitor the quality of work performed by associates and facilitate regular performance meetings
• Handle escalated calls from customers and payers, ensuring proper resolution and compliance with processes

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience (4+ years)
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience
• Experience with long-term care adjudication
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with regulations
