Claims Processing Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing daily operations remotely, the full-time Claims Processing Supervisor will oversee associates' assignments, ensure timely claims resolution and accurate billing, while working night shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the 3rd Party Claims Manager to set associate and departmental goals, and conduct performance tracking and quality audits
• Assign daily and weekly tasks to associates, monitor work quality, and hold regular meetings to discuss performance metrics
• Handle escalated calls from customers and payers, ensuring proper resolution and compliance with established processes

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience (4+ years) required
• Minimum of 3 years of direct supervisory experience required
• Experience with 3rd party billing or collections in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word) and basic computer knowledge required
• Long-Term Care adjudication experience is mandatory
