Claims Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Processor to work in claims services.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process claims paperwork to determine eligibility and submit electronic transactions
• Maintain case management system notes and follow up on open items to close cases
• Collaborate with internal departments and third-party vendors to resolve escalations and exceptions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in an analytical or claims role strongly preferred
• Experience in Health & Welfare Claims Service or related fields is advantageous
• Must pass an internet speed test and connect via Ethernet cable
• Must reside in specified states within the United States
