Claims Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Processor to join their Claims Production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming work associated with Claims operations following standard operating procedures
• Monitor, track, and provide status updates on work-in-progress issues
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years previous work experience in claims processing
• 1+ years quantitative analysis skills demonstrated through the use of Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to manage escalation and resolution processes with external vendors
• Experience handling Personal Health Information (PHI)
• Ability to balance competing priorities and accomplish projects
