Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Processor to support policy and claims processing in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process policy transactions including new binds, renewals, cancellations, and agent copy requests within required turnaround times
  • Maintain production and quality standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service level agreements
  • Communicate effectively with brokers, agencies, customers, and internal teams to clarify inquiries and confirm policy details
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a call center or strong customer service environment
  • Administrative background supporting external clients; comfortable handling phone interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
