Key Responsibilities

• Research and process claims according to regulations and internal standards, verifying coding accuracy
• Resolve system edits, audits, and claims errors through research and reference tools
• Coordinate with internal departments to update patient and provider information as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare or insurance environment is preferred
• Basic business math skills
• Proficient in basic office equipment
• Ability to use complex mathematical calculations is preferred
