Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims and Benefits Processor 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze information to determine eligibility for disability benefits
• Make decisions on low liability claims and communicate benefits issued
• Establish and maintain claim files, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Understanding of Federal, State, and local laws affecting claim investigation
• Accurate keyboarding skills at 35 WPM
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer applications
