Claims Processor

Job Summary

Supporting a large team remotely, the Claims Processor will manage various claim assignments, route claims to third-party vendors, and assist with subrogation efforts to drive claims to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch various claim assignments, including estimates and specialty claims
• Communicate with adjusters for updates and manage vendor queues
• Assist the APD team with projects and support subrogation efforts

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an office environment
• High school diploma/GED required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google applications
• Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changes quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
