Job Summary
Detail-oriented and motivated, the full-time remote Claims Processor III will manage the accurate review, research, and resolution of moderate to complex claims, ensuring compliance with contracts and policies while serving as a technical resource for the team.
Key responsibilities
- Review, research, and resolve claims utilizing reference materials and online tools
- Identify and resolve coordination of benefits and subrogation issues, communicating results effectively
- Act as the team's technical subject matter expert, providing training and support to new team members
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- One (1) year of claims processing or customer service experience
- Understanding of Out-of-area programs
- Experience with in-team focused audits
