Claims Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the vision and delivery of claims-related products in an Epic environment, the contract Claims Platform Product Manager will work remotely for over 6 months, collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams to enhance claims processing and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap, translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features based on business value and support Agile delivery activities
• Partner with Epic application teams to optimize platform capabilities, integrations, and compliance reporting

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong hands-on experience with Epic applications and healthcare technology ecosystems
• Experience in payer, provider, managed care, or health insurance environments
• Epic certification or significant Epic implementation experience preferred
• Knowledge of claims regulations and reimbursement models
