A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead to manage multiple Claims Production teams and drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide team metrics, including member and provider satisfaction and quality of care
• Coach direct reports to enhance member/provider experience through feedback and development
• Manage daily team needs such as hiring, training, and scheduling for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading a Claims Production team
• 2+ years of experience using claims data to identify trends
• Ability to balance competing priorities and execute projects effectively
• Prior healthcare or service experience is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
