Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Optimization Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and document business requirements for the claims management process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of the claims management process
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications a plus
- 7 - 10 years proven experience in program management and claims adjusting, specifically with property claims
- Strong understanding of best practices and data associated with claims management process outcomes
- Able to perform work with limited supervision, while effectively prioritizing and managing daily workflow and project assignments to meet specified deadlines
