Claims Program Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, the full-time remote Claims Program Manager will assist in managing client inquiries, performance tracking, and operational improvements within TPA operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate responses to service inquiries and manage client calls to ensure understanding of needs and expectations
• Assist in preparing performance reports and business reviews while working with TPA teams to implement process improvements
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend enhancements to optimize client experiences and service delivery

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in claims operations and management
• 5+ years of experience in client relationship management or project management preferred
• Proficient in utilizing AI to enhance workflows and customer service
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills for managing multiple projects
