Claims Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex and large exposure medical malpractice claims, the full-time Claims Program Manager will oversee claim analysis, collaborate with defense counsel, and ensure organizational objectives are met while working remotely in the Kentucky Cincinnati Market.

Key responsibilities

• Manages the analysis of defense counsel effectiveness and implements the Early Liability Review Program
• Sets accurate reserves for claims and identifies potential claims at the time of reporting
• Collaborates with employed physicians and risk management regarding claims management and coverage issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Preferred completion of insurance courses such as CPCU, AIC, ARM, or INS Institute
• A minimum of 7 years of experience handling Professional Liability Claims
