Claims Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of claims projects, including planning, execution, and post-go-live support
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and risk logs
• Serve as the primary liaison between Claims, IT, Finance, and external vendors

Required Qualifications

• Experience in insurance claims operations, preferably auto claims
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Strong understanding of claims workflows and operational processes
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with claims systems and operational tools
