Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Quality Assurance professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit compliance with claim handling standards and evaluate claim handling quality
  • Lead quality assurance projects and develop training programs for claims operations
  • Monitor claim financials and report on operational performance and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Significant industry experience with a thorough understanding of claims management
  • Experience as a Certified Trainer and/or in Quality Assurance is a plus
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
