Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Quality Assurance professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit compliance with claim handling standards and evaluate claim handling quality
- Lead quality assurance projects and develop training programs for claims operations
- Monitor claim financials and report on operational performance and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Significant industry experience with a thorough understanding of claims management
- Experience as a Certified Trainer and/or in Quality Assurance is a plus
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
