Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform audits of open and closed claim files to analyze quality, compliance, and service standards
  • Lead stakeholder sessions to document business needs and support assessment workflows
  • Present findings and recommendations for process improvements to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of prior property claims experience
  • 3+ years of claims quality experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience with CoreLogic tools and estimatics data
  • Understanding of Power BI, SQL, and business intelligence technologies
