Key Responsibilities

Perform audits of open and closed claim files to analyze quality, compliance, and service standards
Lead stakeholder sessions to document business needs and support assessment workflows
Present findings and recommendations for process improvements to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

5+ years of prior property claims experience
3+ years of claims quality experience
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience with CoreLogic tools and estimatics data
Understanding of Power BI, SQL, and business intelligence technologies
