Claims Recovery Analyst
Job Summary
To support a dynamic and growing organization, the full-time remote Claims Recovery Analyst I will recover healthcare claim overpayments, collaborate with healthcare providers for accurate claim adjustments, and contribute to recovery performance and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying, validating, and recovering claim overpayments while ensuring accurate claims processing
- Analyze medical and pharmacy claims data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with management to develop new concepts and train new analysts as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in identification, analysis, and recovery of claim overpayments
- Proficiency in Excel and strong computer skills
- Strong analytical abilities and effective organization and time management skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
