Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Recovery Specialist II (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit medical and dental claims to recover overpayments
- Contact carriers, members, and providers to settle overpaid or unpaid claims
- Distribute correspondence to policyholders and provide vendor education on claims procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of claims processing experience
- 1 year of adjustment processing experience preferred
- Mathematical ability/aptitude
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients
