Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Recovery Specialist II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Review and audit medical and dental claims to recover overpayments
Contact carriers, members, and providers to settle overpaid or unpaid claims
Distribute correspondence to policyholders and provide vendor education on claims procedures

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
5 years of claims processing experience
1 year of adjustment processing experience preferred
Mathematical ability/aptitude
Ability to interact with internal and external clients
