Claims Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Recovery Specialist II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit medical and dental claims to recover overpayments
• Contact carriers, members, and providers to recover and settle claims
• Distribute correspondence to policyholders to negotiate repayment agreements and educate vendors on claims retrieval procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years of claims processing experience
• 1 year of adjustment processing preferred
• Mathematical ability/aptitude
• Ability to meet established deadlines and handle multiple service demands
