Claims Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

Analyzing and processing complex claims, the full-time Claims Recovery Specialist will manage high exposure claims involving litigation and pursue potential third-party subrogation recoveries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews high exposure, complex multi-jurisdictional claims to establish potential for third-party subrogation recovery
• Provides subrogation guidance to internal and external stakeholders to maximize recovery efforts
• Manages the litigation process and coordinates vendor referrals for additional investigation or litigation management

Required qualifications

• Six years of experience in multi-jurisdictional liability, subrogation, and/or workers compensation claims handling
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Licenses and professional certification as applicable to the line of business preferred
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
