Claims Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

Managing complex claim recovery and resolution activities, the full-time FCR Recovery and Resolution Representative will work remotely, independently reviewing and resolving claims while supporting operational objectives and serving as a resource to peers.

Key responsibilities

• Independently review and resolve moderately to highly complex claims, appeals, and recovery opportunities
• Manage assigned inventory and priorities to meet quality, productivity, and timeliness expectations
• Serve as a functional resource for peers, assisting with onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing activities

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent years of work experience
• Proficiency in claims recovery, resolution, or a related operational environment
• 6+ months of experience in a medical office, healthcare facility, or medical insurance company
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday, with flexibility for 8-hour shifts during normal business hours
