Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing, and adjusting claims
• Analyze and identify trends, providing reports as necessary
• Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent years of work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficiency with Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate multiple programs
• Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours
