Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Representative to provide support in processing and managing health care claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, research, investigate, negotiate, process, and adjust claims
• Analyze trends and provide necessary reports
• Meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficiency with Windows PCs and ability to navigate multiple programs
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours
