Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to care providers and handle minimal inbound calls
• Identify specific questions or issues by asking appropriate questions and documenting information in computer systems
• Research complex issues across multiple databases and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Administrative experience in office or clerical roles
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
