Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Claims Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of workers' compensation claims, including coverage analysis and documentation collection
• Oversee the medical aspects of claims and manage Return to Work efforts for injured workers
• Communicate claim status to stakeholders and collaborate with internal and external partners on legal strategies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of claims handling experience with exposure to workers' compensation preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• AIC or other insurance designations preferred
