Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Claims Representative to handle claims-related inquiries and support care providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to care providers and handle minimal inbound calls
• Document required information in computer systems while identifying specific questions or issues
• Research complex issues across multiple databases and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Administrative experience in office or clerical roles
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
