Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Claims Representative to manage and process health care claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general claims support by reviewing and processing claims
• Calculate other insurance and benefits
• Participate in meetings to discuss trends and potential process improvements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
• Proficiency with Windows PCs and Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to train for 12 weeks and work flexible hours as needed
