Claims Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Claims Representative will manage case workflows, process medical record submissions, and ensure compliance with health information regulations while providing exceptional communication with providers.

Key responsibilities:

• Process medical record submissions and manage cases from initiation to closure
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and maintain communication with healthcare providers
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA privacy requirements and handle protected health information (PHI)

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work full-time during normal business hours from Monday to Friday
