Claims Representative

Job Summary

Providing essential claims support, the full-time Claims Representative will research, investigate, and process claims while working remotely within the U.S., ensuring accurate benefits application and resolution of claims issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Research and obtain necessary data to process claims or resolve issues, verifying pricing and benefits
• Ensure proper application of benefits to claims and identify processing errors or trends
• Communicate with external stakeholders to resolve claims errors and document status as required

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of healthcare claims experience
• Ability to work Monday - Friday from 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM CST, with flexibility for occasional overtime
• Must be 18 years of age or older
