Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, research, investigate, negotiate, process, and adjust claims
• Analyze and identify trends and provide reports
• Meet productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent years of work experience
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare related environment
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook & Microsoft Word
• Ability to learn new and complex computer systems
• Availability to work Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm Pacific Time Zone, with occasional overtime and weekends
