Claims Representative Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Representative Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise or general claims support by reviewing, researching, and investigating claims
• Analyze and identify trends and provide reports as necessary
• Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• Proficiency with Windows PCs, including the ability to navigate multiple programs and learn new systems
• Ability to work from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday
