Claims Representative III

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Claims Representative III will investigate, evaluate, and resolve low to moderate complexity Personal and Commercial Lines claims while delivering exceptional customer service in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve insurance claims, ensuring accurate and fair settlements
• Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, and attorneys
• Manage active files, maintain compliance with audit guidelines, and ensure accurate reserving

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience handling auto and general liability/property damage claims is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and contribute across multiple functional areas
• Proven track record of managing priorities and delivering results in fast-paced settings
• Associate in General Insurance and/or Associate in Claims designation is a plus
