Claims Representative (Remote)

Job Summary

Managing a caseload of workers' compensation claims, the full-time Associate Claims Representative (Remote) will conduct investigations, coordinate medical care, and support claim resolutions while ensuring quality service to injured workers and policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of claims, analyzing coverage and compensability while maintaining organized documentation
• Oversee medical management of claims, collaborating with providers to ensure appropriate treatment and managing return to work efforts
• Communicate claim status effectively to stakeholders and partner with legal counsel to navigate settlement options and compliance

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of claims handling experience with exposure to workers' compensation preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• AIC or other insurance designations preferred
