Claims Representative Trainee
Job Summary
To support the development of new industry professionals, the full-time Claims Representative Trainee will complete a comprehensive training program focused on investigating and resolving workers' compensation claims while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Attend and complete the designated claims professional training program
- Adjust various levels of workers' compensation claims under supervision, including processing claim-related documents and communications
- Investigate new and existing claims by gathering relevant information and documenting findings and recommendations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two years of customer service experience or a combination of education and experience
