Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Adjuster - Remote (PST/MST/CST).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving bodily injury and assess coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate with customers through various channels to provide exceptional service and support
• Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements and support claimants throughout the vehicle restoration process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must reside in the Central (CST), Mountain (MST), or Pacific (PST) time zone
• Early career professional level
• Experience in claims or related fields is preferred
• Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities effectively
• Availability for an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday duty rotation
