Claims Resolution Adjuster
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Claims Resolution Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving bodily injury, assess coverage and damages, and engage in negotiations to reach fair settlements while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct liability investigations and make decisions on claims
- Identify injured parties and assess risk potential on claim files
- Support claimants throughout the vehicle restoration process and provide feedback on the Auto process
Required qualifications
- Experience in claims handling or a related field
- Knowledge of automobile insurance policies and coverage
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage with customers through various communication channels
- Familiarity with claims management software and tools
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday duty rotation
