Claims Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Research & Resolution Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage claims operations involving customer contact, investigation, and settlement
• Approve claim settlements for and against the organization
• Work with insurance companies, providers, members, and collection services in the settlement of claims

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of healthcare or medical field experience
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization skills
