Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Specialist to handle customer inquiries and service requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of an assigned caseload from investigation through resolution
  • Make decisions and authorize work orders within a specified limit
  • Gather, research, and document pertinent information related to claims and work orders

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a contact center environment
  • Strong understanding of home warranty policies and technical expertise with systems and appliances
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and company operating systems
  • Fluent bilingual Spanish is a plus
