Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Specialist to handle customer inquiries and service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of an assigned caseload from investigation through resolution
- Make decisions and authorize work orders within a specified limit
- Gather, research, and document pertinent information related to claims and work orders
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a contact center environment
- Strong understanding of home warranty policies and technical expertise with systems and appliances
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and company operating systems
- Fluent bilingual Spanish is a plus
