Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer connections by understanding their needs and serving them with empathy
- Assist customers throughout the claims process by receiving high-volume inquiry calls and providing information on claim status
- Communicate with customers and third parties to gather information, process claims payments, and address complex claims-related concerns
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
- Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
- Comfortable with computer technology
- This position is not available in California, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
