Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain customer connections by understanding their needs and serving them with empathy
  • Assist customers throughout the claims process by receiving high-volume inquiry calls and providing information on claim status
  • Communicate with customers and third parties to gather information, process claims payments, and address complex claims-related concerns
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
  • Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
  • Comfortable with computer technology
  • This position is not available in California, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
