Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Specialist who will assist patients, prescribers, and pharmacies with insurance billing and prior authorizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage new referrals through various communication channels
• Communicate with pharmacies and insurance plans to resolve medication access issues
• Document case outcomes and follow up with relevant stakeholders regarding referrals

Required Qualifications

• Associate College Degree or higher; minimum High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-4 years of previous pharmacy technician or claims insurance experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
• Time management skills to complete work within established time frames
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
