Claims Resolution Specialist Pennsylvania

Job Summary

To support claims processing operations, the remote Claims Resolution Specialist Pennsylvania will review, research, and process claims while providing exceptional customer support and collaborating across teams in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Review, research, and process claims according to established guidelines
• Refer claims to the appropriate department and prepare Return to Provider forms as needed
• Maintain accurate workload tracking and communicate status updates to leadership

Required qualifications

• Experience in healthcare insurance and/or medical claims
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and demonstrate strong data entry skills
• Knowledge of the Julian calendar
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex documentation
