Claims Resolution Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee work activities and monitor workflow to ensure documentation and training materials are maintained
• Motivate team members and conduct weekly meetings to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Lead and develop staff through performance appraisals and coaching

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
• At least 5 years of claims processing experience, preferably with QicLink system
• Minimum of 5 years of group health insurance and benefits experience
• Demonstrated leadership potential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn Microsoft Access
