Job Summary
Working fully remote, the Claims Salvage Processor will perform moderately complex claim-related activities for non-technical claims, ensuring compassionate service and timely resolution while managing multiple claim files.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate casualty claims by performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies to determine coverage
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels to facilitate a fast, fair, and easy claims process
- Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers
Required qualifications
- Experience in claims processing or customer service roles
- Ability to interpret insurance policies and assess damages
- Proficiency in using communication tools such as phone, email, and video chat
