Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Claims Salvage Processor will manage moderately complex claim-related activities for non-technical claims, ensuring compassionate service while handling multiple claim files in accordance with established quality and timeliness standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Investigate casualty claims through detailed reviews of damage and policy interpretation
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and video chat to facilitate a smooth claims process
  • Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers
Required qualifications
