Job Summary
Working fully remote, the Claims Salvage Processor will manage moderately complex claim-related activities for non-technical claims, ensuring compassionate service while handling multiple claim files in accordance with established quality and timeliness standards.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate casualty claims through detailed reviews of damage and policy interpretation
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and video chat to facilitate a smooth claims process
- Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers
Required qualifications
- Experience in claims processing or customer service roles
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and claims procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously
- Proficiency in using communication tools for customer interactions
- Demonstrated negotiation skills in a professional setting
